Here is an all-day immersion that provides a complete introduction to meditation practice. It's the perfect program for anyone wanting to learn how to meditate or gain new insights into an existing practice. Learn why we are designed for meditation, and how it supports our overall health and spiritual growth. No prior experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.

Introduction to Meditation: What meditation is,
the central role of the breath, how we are designed
for growth, the physical and energetic effects of
the breath, a 4-part breath
meditation
Hatha Yoga Class: To relax your body, open your
breathing, and help you find a truly comfortable
seated position for meditation
12:00-1:00 PM LUNCH (please bring your own lunch.)
AFTERNOON:
Learning to Meditate: Your energetic mechanism and related physiology, "breath-chakras-flow-presence" guided meditation, importance of group practice
Hatha Yoga Class:To integrate the experience of your energetic mechanism/meditation into a yoga practice.
