Beginner Djembe Hand-drumming Weekly Classes April 13, 2013

April 13 thru June 15 (no class May 11)
9 Saturdays with Barbara Gail. Welcome all adults, motivated teens, and youth ages 10 and up w/ instructor permission. No musical experience needed.

Learn to play the most popular hand-drum! We focus on hand technique, learning rhythm patterns, how to find your place in the beat, and playing as a polyrhythmic ensemble. Perfect for the raw beginner, drum circle enthusiasts, as well as folks with some exposure to classes who seek instruction with a solid foundation. A positive experience for all!
