'Beggars Rain,'a whiskey-fueled, guitar-driven odyssey across Depression-era America, is a solo musical written and performed by Emmy-nominee Robert Firpo-Cappiello. A hobo known only as Dooley hops trains across the blasted landscape of the U.S. in the 1930s and finds the hero in himself when he saves the life of a mysterious runaway.
