Beauregard Watermelon Festival June 23, 2011

Home of the Sugartown Watermelon, Beauregard Parish will celebrate the taste of the season with the sweetest watermelons in Louisiana. Cutting of the melons 5:00 P.M.Friday. Saturday 7:30 A.M. 5k run/walk & kids fun run. All that pre-register by June 15, guarenteed T-shirt. Proceeds for run/walk event will benfit Beauregard Christin Womens Job Corps. Kids game tent,carnival rides, watermelon carving contest and more watermelon games & events. Live music & entertainment each day.
