Beaujolais Not-so-Nouveau Festival and Networking Event November 20, 2008

Please join us for our special Beaujolais-Not-so-Nouveau Festival. You will get the opportunity to taste all 12 crus of Beaujolais and discover that there is much more to Beaujolais than the nouveau.

Crus available during the festival include: Beaujolais, Beaujolais Village, Morgon, Chirouble, Saint Amour, Fleury, Regnie, Moulin-a-Vent, Julienas, Chenas, Brouilly and Cotes de Brouilly.

You will also be able to taste the Beaujolais Nouveau so that you can compare a nouveau wine (young wine) with a not-so-nouveau wine (the crus). The main grape for Beaujolais is Gamay, which exhibits wonderful aging capabilities. A buffet of light appetizers to accompany these wines will also be available. This promises to be as inviting and friendly an event as Beaujolais is meant to be.
