Beatnik Jr. Hip-Hops with OutKast and Sleepy Brown at Santa Ana’s Galaxy Theatre, July 17 July 17, 2009

Los Angeles-based experimental rock band, Beatnik Jr., continues to surprise and mystify audiences, in a good way. No two fans will say the same thing, when asked to compare the alternative/electronic rock band to another musical venture. To further demonstrate their broad and diverse appeal, on July 17, the band will open for hip-hop artists OutKast. The show’s bill also includes soul icon, Sleepy Brown, who’s behind the Grammy-winning, multi-platinum success of OutKast and others, like TLC.
