The Children's Museum in Easton is pleased to welcome Robin Organ, Executive Director and Founder of GreenSchools 2008, and recipient of MA Audubon's Conservation Teacher of the Year. Organ will be presenting a special workshop featuring how to live a healthier lifestyle, especially in environments that are often filled with germs and bacteria.
Participants will take part in identifying and exploring toxins and other chemicals found in everyday food, skin care products and much more! They will also learn many positive short and long-term effects of "going green". This event is particularly beneficial for parents whose children and/or family members have damaged immune systems, allergies, cancer, and other health issues.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, February 12, from 6:30-8:00pm. The cost is only $5 and pre-registration is required. Don't miss out on your chance to learn new and healthy ways of living. You'll be glad you did!
The Museum is located in the Old Fire Station on 9 Sullivan Avenue in North Easton, MA. For more information call The Children's Museum in Easton at (508) 230-3789 or visit our website, www.childrensmuseumineaston.org
