Be Green Kids Consignment Sale Westchester October 6, 2011

Be Green Kids Consignments (mom's Meredith and Alison) hold annual Fall and Spring children's consignment sales in New York and Rhode Island. A consignment sale is a 4-day event where they set up just like a store, and parents from all over sell their outgrown, gently used kids items: Clothes, toys, books, dvds, equipment (high chairs, strollers, bath equipment), nursery furniture (cribs, pack & plays) and much, much more! They hope that by offering a safe setting for parents to buy and sell gently used children's items we can reduce the impact our little ones have on the environment, as well as reduce the impact they have on our wallets.

You can participate by being a consignor (seller) or a buyer at the event. As a consignor, you do not have to be present at the sale, you just prepare your items prior to the event and drop them off on October 6th. Be Green sells them for you over the weekend and sends you a check of the proceeds a few weeks later.
