BBQ Class with Chef at Starr Pass May 29, 2010

Summer is almost here and that means it’s time to fire up the grill!

Learn to BBQ meats with the best of them with our Executive Chef, Chris Brown. Chef Chris is an award winning Pitmaster, Certified Master BBQ Cook and KCBS (Kansas City Barbeque Society) Certified Judge and will share all of his BBQ secrets with you!

We will provide everything you will need, only bring your appetite! The class runs from 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, May 29. The cost is $35 per person and includes hands on training to purchase, prepare and smoke meats at home with just about any type of smoker.
