Bayou Film Festival Closing Events January 30, 2011

Closing events during the Bayou Film Festival include the screening of a series of Mardi Gras films, including Aaron Walker's 'Bury the Hatchet' and rural Mardi Gras footage and a panel discussion on urban and rural Mardi Gras moderated by esteemed French Louisiana folklorist Barry Ancelet. Cinema on the Bayou is also very pleased to announce that the festival will close with a special screening of New Orleans based actor Harry Shearer's 'The Big Uneasy' with Mr. Shearer appearing as the festival's special guest at the closing reception.
