Everyone knows that Yoga is great for your health, well being and stress levels. But, when you think about trying Yoga...does it maybe stress you out a little? How do I do it? What if I can't do it? How often do I have to it? I can't even touch my knees, what am I thinking??
Relax. Yoga is for any level and all levels. Just a little yoga a week can help you perform better at sports, sleep better at night and maybe even smile a little more :)
We will cover types of yoga, some basic poses, breathing, and what you need to get started. Simply, effortlessly and in tune with your life!
Our special guest instructor for the evening is Aline who started practicing yoga 14 years ago. Certified at the 200 RYT level, she specializes in Vinyasa, Forrest yoga, and Hot yoga. She has studied under many esteemed teachers and her passion is to help students release negative belief's stored in our minds, nervous system, organs, glands, muscles and tissues, through practicing postures with breath. Breath is the key to living happier and healthier lives! Aline's classes are strength oriented and encourage awakening our intuitive instinct to create healthy, balanced lifestyles off the mat.
