Bayer Park And Community Garden June 5, 2009

Experience Santa Rosa’s agricultural past -
in the middle of the city! The whole family
will delight in the barns, hay bales and working
garden in Recreation & Parks newest
park, Bayer Farm, operated by LandPaths.
Kids (and adults!) will enjoy farm activities,
crafts, games and active play. Bikes are welcome,
and visitors are free to stroll through
the gardens. Help tend the plants and even
harvest the produce, or just relax and enjoy
the view of Taylor Mountain. Open Fridays,
2pm-5pm, weather permitting. Bayer Farm
is located at 1550 West Ave., across from
Sheppard Elementary School.
