Bats and Other Creatures of the Night August 29, 2010

There are many creatures of the night., but bats are probably the best well known. We'll explore the Arboretum's fields and forests for these small flying mammals along with other night creatures like katydids, crickets, frogs, owls, and maybe even coyotes. We'll make use of our sense of hearing and fine tune our night vision along with the aid of a bat sound translator/finder to find these night time inhabitants of the Arboretum.
