Bastille Day - Free Admission Day to Habitot Children's Museum! July 14, 2007

Storm the Bastille and celebrate all things French at our annual Bastille Day celebration. Help construct our large Eiffel Tower using glitter, silver collage papers and other recycled materials. Add on to our giant French-inspired painting using special fleur de lys sponges and shiny paints. Put on a chef's hat, read from a French menu, and "purchase" croissants, cheese, and baguettes from our very own Habitot French Café. Sample real French breads paired with grape juice and cheese at 12:30 p.m. Listen to stories about French culture and traditions from 11:00 am-12:00 pm with special interactive storytelling from Stone Soup.
