‘Barking Dogs Never Bite’ directed by Bong Joon the movie is about a low ranking university lecturer, strained by the pressure of money and his wife's pregnancy, snaps one night at the incessant barking of a neighbour's puppy. After seizing the dog and exacting a cruel revenge, he nonetheless fails to secure the peace and quite he so desires.
