After 18 months, BarCamp comes back to Sheffield. From 28-30 November 2008 the Showroom will play host to a gathering of grass-roots geeks, creative visionaries, innovative entrepreneurs and a host of talented technologists.

The BarCamp experiment

We're creating the optimum environment for you to share your passions about technology. Anyone can join us at BarCamp, and everyone who comes along gets involved. After that, well ... we don't really know what will happen, but we're not worried.

It's part of the fun of the BarCamp experiment to throw all the ideas, skills and personalities of the incredible mix of talent that gathers into the proverbial crucible and see what it all melts down to.
