Banner Desert and Cardon Children’s open largest Emergency Center in Arizona
New construction that took place in a carefully-phased project that lasted nearly seven years is now complete. In August, Banner Desert and Cardon Children’s will open the largest Emergency Center in Arizona, with 103 treatment bays and an expectation to treat well over 100,000 people annually.
Community Grand Opening | Saturday, August 6, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Usually the best emergency room visits are short, but we’ll understand if this time, you’re having too much fun to leave. Banner Desert Medical Center and Cardon Children’s Medical Center invite the community to our campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, to learn more about our new Emergency Center.
Things to do:
• Take a tour and meet our staff.
• Health information and giveaways available.
• Get an up-close view of local emergency vehicles.
• Free bike helmets and fitting for the first 75 kids.
