Are you concerned that you may be experiencing memory loss? Have you had your memory tested recently?
Join Banner Alzheimer’s Institute on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. We will be offering FREE memory screenings in the City of Scottsdale.
“Memory screening is an opportunity to learn how you are doing and get information about lifestyle factors that can help you have the healthiest brain possible,” said Jan Dougherty, Banner Alzheimer’s Institute Family and Community Services Director. “Like cancer, early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia leads to better treatment options.”
Banner Alzheimer’s Institute is conducting the memory screenings in collaboration with the City of Scottsdale Via Linda Senior Center and the ASU College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation.
Participants will receive a 20-minute memory screening, obtain tips on brain health and find information about where to get help with memory symptoms or concerns. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Call (602) 230-CARE to register for an appointment.
