Banana Chase 5K/10K September 16, 2007

Both the 5K/10K start together outside Kezar Stadium and finish on the track at Kezar. Chase a bunch of bananas; the more bananas you beat, the more times you are entered into a drawing for prizes. The 5K is a PA USAT&F championship, and age division medals are awarded 3 deep. Following the 5K/10K, the Whole Foods Markets Young Champions Races take place on the track for 3-18yr olds. The distances vary with the runners' ages from 50meters to 1mile, and from ages 6-18 age division medals are 5 deep. Bounce houses, face painters, etc for the kids.
