Bad Brains features John Joseph. Twelve Cents for Marvin was formed by a group of Colorado State University students in Ft. Collins, CO, in late 1996 and early 1997. According to the liner notes of their debut album, the band got its unusual name when they went to Denver to see a concert and it was canceled. Walking around Denver, they came upon a vagrant named Marvin, who insisted they give him 12 cents. P-Nuckle comes straight from the urban sprawl of the mile-high city, Denver, Colorado. With countless years of experience and endless dedication to their music, P-Nuckle is quickly blazing a new trail in the alternative scene by combining solid grooves, fat bass lines and memorable hooks with a multitude of reggae, dub, ska and punk rock styles.
