Backyard BBQ Bash July 17, 2009

Lancaster County’s Mount Hope Estate & Winery will celebrate the height of the summer season with its Backyard BBQ Bash July 3, 10, 17, and 24. Benefitting the Central PA Food Bank, the BBQ Bash will feature a wide variety of toe-tapping local music, fantastic food, Swashbuckler ales and Mount Hope wines Friday nights in July. Kingsfoil will open the July 17 concert for the headliner the Mark DeRose Band. Kingsfoil is a rock quartet who finds inspiration for their original songs in Coldplay, Ben Folds and Radiohead for their energetic live performances. The Mark DeRose Band blends introspective lyrics with heartfelt acoustic rock influenced by musical legends such as James Taylor and Dave Matthews bringing a distinctive sound that has been challenging listeners and entertaining high-energy crowds for nearly a decade.
