Back To School @ EMTC - Taekwondo Demonstrations & Beginner Lessons! August 25, 2008

Make back to school shopping fun and bring your kids, tweens and teens to Erin Mills Town Centre (Erin Mills Parkway & Eglinton Avenue) for a week of great activities at Back To School@ EMTC. Kids of all ages can take part in a Taekwondo demonstration, Hip Hop Dance lesson or Scavenger Hunt, learn to be a DJ or design a back to school outfit from Monday, August 25 until Saturday, August 30 in Upper Level Centre Court. There are no registration fees for the events and walk-ins are welcome, however, to secure a spot in any of the events, please contact Guest Services at (905) 569-1981 to register or visit www.erinmills.ca for more information.

Monday August 25: Taekwondo Demonstrations & Beginner Classes

Discover the discipline of Taekwondo and train the body and mind with free Taekwondo Demonstrations & Beginner Classes from Ooi’s Taekwondo Studio at Erin Mills Town Centre.

Taekwondo is designed to help build confidence, coordination, balance, focus, and fitness levels. These one-hour workshops are a great introduction and perfect for kids who are interested in learning martial arts.

Date: Monday August 25
Time: One-hour sessions at 4pm and 6pm
Place: Upper Level Centre Court
* Limited to the first 20 for each session
