Winners of the 2012 Gina Bachauer Piano Competition in duo recital

The Bachauer competition awards young artists free tuition scholarships to Juilliard. Radio station WQXR continues its tradition of broadcasting the recital as part of its McGraw-Hill Companies' Young Artist Showcase series hosted by Robert Sherman, now in its 35th season. During the broadcast, the recipient of the Robert Sherman Award for Music Education and Community Outreach will also be announced. The award carries a $10,000 grant to support ongoing projects in music education and community outreach
