Baby's Breath Course June 6, 2010

A seminar/demonstration class where participants will gain a basic introduction to recognizing and responding to an infant experiencing an emergency. Topics will include recognizing an emergency, contacting 9-1-1, speaking and working with the dispatcher to provide care, demonstration of care of a conscious and unconscious choking infant, rescuing breaths and breathing, and a demonstration of infant CPR. This course is NOT for certification, though participants will receive an Infant/Child CPR skill card to take home. Course also held June 10th, 15th, 22nd, and 28th.
