Babies in Backpacks September 29, 2009

Join a park naturalist (and her child) as we take our babes into the woods! We'll load up our little ones and head out on a moderate hike through the Long Branch and Glencarlyn parks to enjoy the sights and sounds of the great outdoors. The hike will conclude with some "down time" for the little ones to have some closer encounters with nature. Be sure to dress for the weather and bring water for both you and your little one. No strollers please; but slings, bjorns, ergo's, mei tai's, and frame carriers welcome.
