Take the C (also can transfer from A) train to Clinton-Washington Aves stop then walk north on Washington Ave to Lafayette, turn right then walk over to Grand Ave and take a right turn and Le Grand Dakar is on the left. You can also take the G train to Clinton-Washington Aves then take the B38 bus to Grand Ave or walk east on Lafayette Ave and turn right on Grand Ave. Alternatively you can take the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, Q, D, M, N, R, W or Long Island RR trains to the Atlantic Avenue / Pacific Street Station and catch a quick-cheap cab to 285 Grand Ave between Lafayette & Clifton Place. Buses that will get you there are the B38, B44, B48 or B52. Plenty of other bus routes as well in the area.
