The award-winning Ambrosia Restaurant is offering a 4-course dining experience for Thanksgiving. Reservations are available between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. The feast is $48 for adults and $20 for children.
The 4-course menu features a choice of playful starters including Maine Lobster Risotto, Truffled ‘Pigs in a Blanket’, and Wagyu Beef Steak Tartare. The next course offers a choice of a Heirloom Beet Salad and Butternut Squash Soup. Guests can pick from three featured entrees on the menu including Tasmanian Ocean Trout, Bone-in Buffalo Ribeye, and Organic ‘Diestal Farms’ Turkey. The bountiful feast is concluded with dessert offerings of Apple ‘Upside Down Cake’, Pumpkin Crème Brulee, and Flourless Chocolate Cake.
The Ambrosia Restaurant features hundreds of varieties of the finest international and domestic wines by the bottle and the glass. The international wine selection represents different regions of France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and more. Domestic wines are available from Napa, Sonoma, Alexander and Columbia Valleys, Washington, and more.
