But ain't nuthin like our Cincinnati Fire! Last Black Man, L.I.F.E., Kofi, Curt From Detox, Ty Stuckey, Emily, Remedy, Fanon Rucker, ElAment, Hakiym, Ralph Moon, Jameeze, Deanna Dukes, Shante, Marilyn, Journey...(please know this list is not complete...but we just wanted to give a sampling of what we're workin with!)
Last week during our set...one of the poets mentioned that because we had an "HBO Def Poet" in the house...people showed up, and that we need to support and turn out for our local talent,
cause we got Def Poets right here in the Nati!
Well...this week, we want to pay homage to our local talent! We're challenging Cincy to show up and show out for our Hometown Fire...just like we did last week! Our theme for the coming year is
Awake for 2008! Awaken the Fire and Let it Shine Baby...Let It Shine!!
