Richard C. Hoagland, founder of the Enterprise Mission, is a former space science museum curator, a former NASA consultant, and during the historic Apollo Missions to the Moon, was science advisor to Walter Cronkite and CBS News. Preston Nichols is the main author of a series of books revolving around "The Montauk Project". The main theme of the trilogy is a secret U.S. government project that was supposedly conducted at Montauk Air Force Station. Time travel and mind control were among the purported experiments that took place during the project. Nichols worked in the military industrial establishment for a number of years, including a number of secretive endeavors such as the Montauk Project.

Henry Deacon aka Arthur Neumann

Arthur Neumann is a US Government agency witness whose verification of the existence of bases on Mars, and of having personally been to Mars, occurred at the end of Command Sgt. He also testified to a Jumproom to Mars via a device known as "the Corridor", which resembles a large goods elevator. Steven D. Kelley

Steven D. Kelley is the author of "Lasers, Cavers and Magic". Initially out of high school, Steven became an expert in the field of electro-optics (lasers). As the connection between lasers and weapons, during and after Desert Storm, peaked the interest of N.S.A. and other agencies, both Steven and his brother, were recruited by C.I.A. and 'Templar types' who Steven refers to as "Cavers". Steven's expertise was called upon to help with both security and technical support in the famous Billy Meier UFO case. Here, Steven was exposed to materials- allegedly provided by Pleadian contacts, which led him to form theories about how the beamships were assembled.
