Join educator Marcy Winograd for an important symposium on autism in the South Bay. Learn what you can do about the soaring rates of autism in your community.
Autism diagnosis in Los Angeles is skyrocketing. According to LAUSD statistics, one of 73 students is autistic, compared to one of 211 students just six years ago. We cannot afford to let this pattern continue.
Marcy Winograd is a teacher and teaching coach dedicated to families and schools, and Winograd for Congress is proud to host Autism in the South Bay: A Symposium on the Possible Causes and Solutions.
This symposium will feature parents who have dealt with autism in their own families and found innovative ways to improve their children’s lives. They will be joined by medical experts with traditional and alternative approaches to autism. We need to hear from the experts in order to reverse the trend of increased autism rates.
Winograd For Congress is committed to bringing citizens together with Marcy to discuss the issues and crises that need to be addressed in Washington. Marcy Winograd will moderate the discussion.
