With a soulful voice and lyrics from the heart, singer songwriter Blanca Sandoval has captivated audiences. By means of an unrivaled sound that blends together her Latin musical roots with rock, funk, jazz, and up beat ballads, her style is extremely diverse. MILES OF WILL
This brand new band is ready to rock Bimbo's! The band is currently composed of Miles Schon, son of Journey guitarist Neal Schon, and Will Champlin, son of Bill Champlin of Chicago and Sons of Champlin fame. Miles Schon is a lead guitarist and songwriter who comes from a family of music, and who was raised on good old rock & roll. Possessing extra-ordinary song-writing and guitar abilities, Miles is a veteran in the music scene already. As a guitar player, Miles says “I’m a modern player with a lot of feeling, a whole lotta soul!” In other words, he gets down with the blues. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Will Champlin is an accomplished and versatile piano player who has evolved into a World-Class Artist and producer. From his time spent studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston to spending time in Nashville taking his songwriting to the next level, there's no doubt that he is a musical Timebomb!!

AUTISM AWARENESS
The Alex Speaks Foundation's goal is to help support children struggling with an autism disorder by contributing to autistic programs at local schools. The Alex Speaks Foundation was formed to partner with the Voices of Latin Rock event to raise funds for those programs. This show benefits schools in California dealing with Autism on a daily basis. This disorder has increased recently to 1 in 150 births, up 1 in 166 just a few years ago. With the Bay Area's support of this event, we can continue our support of both schools and research for Autism. We are pleased to announce that this year’s recipients will include the MIND Institute and the San Carlos Special Ed Program.
