“Patient Siggy, Hope and Healing in Cyberspace” is a deeply personal account of how one woman faced cancer with grace and humor. It began with a simple email to eighteen friends in Nashville letting them know the news. The group quickly expanded from the intimate eighteen to nearly two-hundred-who came together as a community & proved to be the antidote for the isolation of this illness.
Sigourney’s story is about the power of facing challenges through writing and the redemptive nature of community. A must read for all facing the disease and for those who want better understanding. Book signing to following discussion.
