Australian Corporations Law Course/Class August 3, 2011

This course introduces students to the basic principles of corporation law in Australia and its historical significance. Students will gain an insight into how the statutory regime of corporate regulation intersects with common law and equitable developments and learn how to apply the principles of corporations law studied.
