MAX's Wine Dive is hosting a celebration of the most exquisite wine and food for a two-day premier event being held in Austin on October 5th and 6th. The Austin Cellar Classic brings together more than 80 different premium wines, signature gourmet goods by MAX’s Executive Chef, Erica Beneke, and plenty of fun throughout the weekend.
Held on October 5th, the Reserve Dinner is an exclusive five-course wine dinner in MAX’s ‘Underground’ Wine Lounge, complements of the very talented Chef Erica Beneke. Enjoy veal and pear Carpaccio, a warm salad of figs, bitter greens and Roquefort, duo of scallops, seared duck breast and house-made chocolate eloquently paired with wines from around the world. The Reserve Dinner event will benefit its charitable partner Austin Food & Wine Alliance.
