Speaker Bio:
As a 20-year software marketing veteran, Mark Hammer currently oversees all marketing initiatives at the national educational software pioneer CompassLearning.

A former educator, Mr. Hammer began working in the K-12 software industry in 1993. As his reputation for excellence emerged, he became the Vice President of Marketing at Sagebrush Corporation and guided the company’s marketing and sales efforts to achieve unprecedented sales and district-wide software adoption. In 1999, Mr. Hammer led Sagebrush’s post-consolidation re-branding efforts as they merged with Nichols Advanced Technologies, Winnebago Software, and several other software education companies.

Mr. Hammer earned his Master of Arts in English at The University of Texas—San Antonio and his BA in English and Art History from the University of Kansas.
