Join legal scholars, practitioners, and economists as they engage in a spirited and informed discussion about the effects that austerity measures might have on the U.S. economy. Panels will consider subjects ranging from legislative and regulatory responses to lessons that U.S. might learn from the European experience in austerity. The keynote address will be provided by Kern Alexander, Chair of Law and Finance at the University of Zurich.
