The Southeastern Indiana Art Guild (SIAG) and Veraestau Historic Site announce the “Art, Wine and Cheese on the Lawn” fundraiser. The event will take place at the Veraestau Historic site in Aurora, IN, on Sat. Aug. 27 from 6pm-11pm.

SIAG members will display works produced in mediums including oil, acrylic, watercolor, photography and more.

The SIAG is a non-profit, voluntary educational association that fosters and promotes an appreciation of the fine arts in Southeastern Indiana. Its purpose is to further the efforts and studies of its members.

Indiana Landmarks received the Veraestau property in 2001 as a gift from the Cornelius and Anna Cook O’Brien Foundation. Today, it serves as Indiana Landmarks' Southeast Field Office, and pastel, pencil, watercolor, and photography.is open each weekend April through December.

The cost of “Art Wine and Cheese” is $50 per person and reservations are required. Attendees must be 21 and over. For more information, contact Kay Cheek at 812-926-0312.
