A chorus of peers and fairies

Potential performers should prepare a song. An Aria from a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta is acceptable as well as an aria from another opera. English is preferred.

Musical Theatre pieces may also be used. Rodgers and Hammerstein, Lerner and Loewe, & Sondheim are excellent choices.

A cappella auditions are permitted.

Those auditioning for principal roles should be prepared to read dialogue from Iolanthe. These will be "cold readings"; that is, they do not have to be prepared.

January 15th at Valley View Funeral Home at from 7:30pm until 9:30. 14660 - 72nd Avenue Surrey, BC. Enter in West Driveway, pass the main building and park at the building straight ahead.
January 17th at St. Cuthbert’s Church Hall from 7:30pm until 9:30. (82 Ave & 116 St.)
January 20 from 2pm until 5pm. Call backs at 7pm. (82 Ave & 116 St.)

Read/Sing through is January 24th followed by music rehearsals.

Rehearsals are:
Tuesdays 7:30 - 10:30 pm at Valley View Funeral Home Thursdays 7:30 - 10:30 pm at St. Cuthbert’s Church Hall
Sundays 7 - 10 pm at St. Cuthbert’s Church Hall
