AUDITIONS! for Sweeney Todd July 27, 2009

Yucaipa Little Theatre is holding open auditions for its fall production of Sondheim's "Sweeney Todd".

Audition Dates: July 27 & 28 @ 7pm to 9pm

Please be ready to sing at least 16 bars of a Broadway song with a karaoke CD. (A karaoke CD is the preferred method for YLT auditions. Sheet music is fine too, but please call ahead so we can have a pianist ready.)

There will also be cold readings from the script and you may read for several parts.

Wear clothes and footwear that are comfortable/presentable (no open-toed shoes), as you will be asked to learn and perform some choreography that evening.

Call backs will occur as needed.

BE PATIENT and RESPECTFUL during auditions. The directors and theater board members will be in attendance and your behavior and conduct during this process will be noticed.
