Attention South Florida car enthusiasts! Get your engine revved up for the chance to watch as skilled drivers show off their savvy sliding style and extreme vehicle control at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek’s* U.S. Drift Circuit (USDC) on Saturday, October 20 at 9 a.m. Registration is also now open for those serious car lovers and drivers who wish to participate in the event.

The brand new, exciting track layout will be released just prior to the event, featuring a course that is filled with plenty of fun, challenging and technical aspects. The car show is hosted and sponsored by Bizspeed.net and State of Stance, and attendees will also have the chance to donate to participating charities on-site, including Wounded Warriors of South Florida and the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. Tickets for USDC spectators cost $15 and are available at the gate, as well as online for preorder at http://www.jackson-performance.com/.

USDC started as a conversation between co-founders Rich DeBerardinis, Chris Jackson and Tim Murphy with the goal of starting a Pro-Am/Pro level series and holding individual events throughout the country. Participants of the USDC will get a taste of what it’s like to be in the pros with this event, which will include both Solo (non-caged) Class and Tandem (caged) Class competitions with driver payouts to the top three in each class. A panel of judges will be on hand to score each participant based on four criteria of Speed, Angle, Line and Style.

Pre-registration for Solo Class costs $75 per person, or $150 for Tandem Class, both including a driver and two crew members. Payouts for Solo Class will be $250 for first place, $150 for second place and $75 for third place. For Tandem Class, $50 of each registration will go towards the overall payout pool, with minimum payouts of $400 for first place, $300 for second place and $150 for third place, based on 16 entries.
Preliminary vehicle inspections for the event are available by appointment at Jackson Performance in Pompano Beach, as well as during weekly Wednesday meetings at Starbucks near Sheridan Street and Flamingo Road in Pembroke Pines.

Registration is open to those 18 and older (or 16 with parental consent) with proper driver safety equipment, and who have use of an automobile that meets USDC technical requirements. To register, please visit http://www.jackson-performance.com/ and click on the USDC link to the left.
