Leadership Source will absolutely put you in touch with the authentic leader within you. It will also challenge you to take massive action each day in new ways, aligning what you say you want with who you want to be.

This training begins with a high-impact, two-day weekend where goals are declared and leadership principles are explored. Over the next ten weeks, our Leadership Coaches will work one-on-one to align with your agenda and goals. At the end of the ten weeks, you will return for a second two-day weekend to review and celebrate, with your team, the profound lessons and changes that have occurred.
