Founded in 1929 by dancing visionary Dorothy Alexander, the Atlanta Ballet is the oldest continuously operating dance company in America. The company's electric repertoire- highlighted by the most inventive originals- spans the history of ballet. Tonight, they perform the classic fairy tale you grew up with - the kind and generous Fairy Godmother, the wicked Stepmother, and of course, the ugly and jealous Stepsisters.
