An organization’s profit maximization cannot be realized by having only an effective management style or innovative business ideas. To be profitable it is necessary that everyone involved in the day-to-day operations is “financially savvy” in the financial decision making because at the end of the business day, performance is ultimately measured in Ringgits and Sens.

This workshop was developed for non-financial managers in any functional area of responsibility in any industries. This workshop will significantly increase non-financial managers’ financial literacy by better understanding how the financial statements assist in the assessment of the financial health and budget management of the organization.
