Asthma Education Class January 4, 2010

This four-session multidisciplinary educational series help people manage asthma. The team reviews the respiratory system and how it works, medications used to treat asthma and tools that can help you breathe better and monitor your asthma. Triggers, early warning signs and coping techniques are discussed. Anyone who has asthma is encouraged to attend along with family and/ or significant others.Location: McKee Conference and Wellness Center.
