ASTD-Puget Sound October Chapter Meeting
Measuring Training Effectiveness:
Is it your Yardstick, or Your Ruler?
CEO’s, CFO’s, and COO’s think about the world in terms of Return on Investment. Many training organization have to justify their existence, to receive adequate funding, or to take on a new challenge. Yet evaluating the ROI for a particular solution can be extremely challenging. John Hanson and Greg Brisendine will be discussing the myth and the reality of measuring the effectiveness of training. This interactive session will analyze differing perspectives on how effectiveness can be measured, the purposes those measurements are put to, and some strategies you can use to impact the “justification” process.
