--2 DJ's bring in their darkest, blackest metal tracks
--2 VJ's project an abstract collage of viking movies
--A crowd of black-clad patrons drink freely and absorb the heaviness
By studying and capturing the nihilistic emotions of Norwegian black metal, expanding it into a visceral experience both on the screen and through sounds, the 3 men known as the Black Circle of Cascadia have created a majestic fusion of ancient darkness and modern wizardry. With an epic style of vast imagery (consisting of Vikings, Barbarians, urban destruction, Gothic churches and decaying ruins) set to a soundtrack of intellectual musical angst, the mixture of music and video art will
create a dark world of wotan chaos, soon to be brought to life. ASKE, which is Norwegian for 'Ashes', represents what will remain after Man's true nature has burned clean the oppressive cultural shackles of Western Society's undoubtedly Christian nature.
