Join ASPIRE for our 5th Annual Asian American Women In Leadership Conference. This is a conference that is dedicated for Asian American women of all ages: highschool, college and young professionals.
This year’s conference theme of "Fearless Leadership: Taking Charge with Confidence" explores various aspects of career and leadership, particularly as it relates to Asian American women. Asian American women especially need to break out of their comfort zone and challenge fears that hold them back from radiating confidence and power and taking charge of their careers.
Conference speakers will share their experiences on how they pursued their dreams fearlessly, broke the ties of cultural and societal pressures that bound them, and took the necessary risks to achieve success -- both professionally and personally.
