You are invited to attend Waldorf Astoria Orlando’s first Ashton Cigars Grand Pairings Dinner, featuring the cuisine of Bull & Bear restaurant and pairings by Ashton Cigars, Stags Leap wine cellars and the Glenlivet Scotch family.
This evening of relaxation and camaraderie will include a meal prepared by Chef David Sears, each course paired with fine drinks and Ashton cigars. The third course will include bull and bear – a “briquette” of aged striploin with truffle ashes, and “pressed” black bear braised in Syrah Jus.
After dinner, enjoy Joseph Jevanni, appearing live at Peacock Alley, 8:30p – 11:30p. Also, HarvesTown is appearing live 10p-1a in Sir Harry's Lounge.
