This workshop will cover the primary series. With the main focus on finding correct alignment in each posture (asana), allowing space for the breath to move freely, work on engaging the core muscles (bandhas) in every position and bring attention to the gazing point (drishti) to strengthen the mind. We will end class with basic breath control (pranayama).
