Organized by the Amsterdam Songwriters Guild
These singer-songwriters maybe don't even know how to play a guitar... Jerry - a folkie from the mountains of Ohio - plays the citer. The citer is a mostly forgotten about instrument, but he manages to revive it with his own songs. You could call the citer a lap-harp, but don't be surprised to find harpists start swearing at you... Alan Lomax fans just have to drop everything in their hands on come right over!
Habiba will play the harp, also an instrument you don't see too much. Joanna Newsom introduced the instrument in the singer-songwriters scene in 2004. More info on Habiba here.
Yuri plays with overtones. He uses both his voice and a special percussion instrument that sounds like a steeldrum.
Entrance is 2 euros
